Mr. Lee entertaining several of the newly
adoptive children. Mr. Lee has been wonderful, he baby-sits when the kids get
cranky. Mr. Lee wrote and published a book, which he gave each child a copy of
as a souvenir. The book is all in Chinese, so now we have to learn the language
to be able to read it.

In the streets of Wuzhou, this little boy was
enjoying lunch. Most of the children are at the stores owned by their family.
The stores are just little holes in the buildings.

Here is a dentist office ready for patients.
This was as clinically sterile as the hospital we visited in Nanning.

Mackenzie continues to blossom with
personality everyday. Her smiles and laughter come more frequently.

Daddy and his 'little princess' playing
together. We often just play in the hotel in the afternoon. This is called
bonding time.

|
Our room at the Wufeng Hotel was not as nice
as the one in Nanning, but still better than Kansas. Mackenzie doesn't care as
you can see.

We were treated to a visit of the Orphanage
where Mackenzie lived since 10 October 1998, when she was found abandoned on
Long Sheng Island. The orphanage was well kept and fairly clean. It also served
as an assisted living facility for the elderly. There wasn't a dry eye in our
group after the tour because we saw so many babies waiting to be adopted.
Everyone wanted to take the babies home.

Here we are on another bus ride to Guangzhou.
I got sick after this ride and daddy had to take care of Mackenzie the rest of
the day, so this is the only picture today.
